Le Donne del Vino is a non-profit association that promotes the culture of wine and the role of women in the wine production chain and society as a whole.
The association, established in 1988 by Elisabetta Tognana, now numbers over 1,080 winemakers, restaurateurs, wine merchants, sommeliers, journalists and wine experts.

The recipes of wine

Winemakers, restaurateurs, wine merchants, sommeliers, enologists, journalists, and experts in the field talk about a wine and a typical recipe from their region, starting with the pairing with the wine from the same area.

“The recipes of wine” aims to become a reference point for those who love traditional food and great Italian wines.

With “The recipes of wine”, the Associazione Nazionale Le Donne del Vino intends to make a useful contribution to defending Italian material culture and knowledge of the wine regions by enhancing the traditional pairings of food and wine.
