The Association launches a free online training project included in the Future project but open to everyone.

How do you learn to write a press release? How do you lead a successful wine tasting? How do you prepare for a meeting with an importer? How do you follow up after a trade fair? How do you tell the story of a wine to increase its sales? What makes online communication effective? The answers to these and other questions from Le Donne del Vino, thanks to video tutorials.

The project was born during the Covid-19 lockdown, when the National Association led by Donatella Cinelli Colombini created a virtual reinvention of Project FUTURE, dedicated to young women under 30 who are considering a career in wine. The association’s members have been making their talents available since last May, developing and teaching an aspect of their profession on video. Winemakers, restaurateurs, wine store owners, sommeliers and communicators all accepted the invitation and this led to the formation of a busy calendar of free video lessons on a variety of subjects, open to everyone and just waiting to be enjoyed. The video tutorials can all be accessed on this website………..

PROJECT FUTURE is the brainchild of Alessandra Boscaini, delegate for the Veneto region and sales manager at Masi. So far, the educational activities offered by our members have been collected in a database on the association’s website: lessons, visits and internships at wineries. Now we are starting up again with these video tutorials, available to all those who want to learn more about certain topics: viewers will enjoy learning directly from the winemakers and wine women involved, who offer their expertise in person. It’s easy, it’s fun and it’s useful to others. It helps overcome anxiety and regain confidence. And last but not least, it increases the visibility of the individual members and their businesses.
